3G Food Service & Seafood Solutions has introduced a new range of frozen skinless and boneless fish fillets.
The products have been launched in response to a recent survey which found that skin and bone are two of the main consumer dislikes when it comes to fish and seafood.
The range includes skinless and boneless Breaded or Battered Haddock, Cod and Plaice fillets, Cod and Haddock Fillets in a crunchy batter made with real bitter beer, and Breaded Plaice Stuffed with Prawns and Mushrooms.
3G says that by using an improved preparation process it can create a product which offers a superior and consistent natural shape that has not been previously available.
The fish fillets range from 110g-230g in size, with a Jumbo Battered Cod Fillet option which ranges from 450g-540g.
